Dean banks, Owner of Haar, has created a space that speaks volumes through the inviting atmosphere and cuisine that has matured through his own extensive travel. Banks has been Awarded 3 AA Rosettes and included in the Michelin Guide. Bringing his sheer culinary passion and love of seasonal Scottish produce to the Haar(t) of St Andrews!
St Andrews is also a lovely town to explore. Great shops, the historic university, the home of Golf and miles of golden sands, made famous in the film, Chaiots of Fire.
